Our story
Equivalência began in Macapá, when Uemerson Gabriel left his post as head accountant at a law firm to open his own practice, in 2020. A growing client base led to the move to the current head office on Av. Feliciano Coelho and, in September 2026, to the opening of the Alphaville office in Barueri, Greater São Paulo.
How we work
- Diagnosis before proposal. No engagement starts until we understand where the company loses money and where it is exposed.
- One responsible partner per client, with regular results meetings.
- A team organised into areas: accounting, tax, payroll, corporate, forensic, personal income tax and recruitment.
- Confidentiality set out in contract and controlled access to client data.
Our diagnostic method
Every new client goes through a risk and opportunity map. We score each dimension from 0 to 10 (tax regime, recoverable credits, filing compliance, tax reform exposure, corporate structure and management controls) and prioritise what needs immediate action.

Most of our portfolio is in Amapá, where we started, and in Greater São Paulo. Digital service takes the same method to companies across the country.
